Hidden Creek’s new builder is revealed!
Jeffrey Hirschberger, owner of American Commercial Construction, LLC, is a Florida native and has been active in the construction of residential and commercial products since 1975, building commercial buildings and over 1,500 homes in his career. Hurricane Charlie in 2004 proved to confirm the uncompromising quality of the homes the company builds. According to Charlotte County building officials, over 300 new homes by American Commercial Construction were exposed to 165 mph winds but showed little or no damage. All exceeded national building standards.
American Commercial Construction’s capabilities encompass residential and commercial project entitlement, drainage and utility design, architectural designs, sophisticated estimating and bidding and contract negotiations—all of which provide added value to homebuyers and other customers.

The Enclave, Englewood, FL
A 55+ community with amenities that include a swimming pool and kayak shed. Homes are 1,586 square feet with two-car garages. The quality of the construction and the energy-savings are praised by both homeowners and local authorities.
Highland Townhomes, St. Petersburg, FL
A 16-home community, twelve homes were 1,730 square feet and four homes were 2,090 square feet, all with two-car garages. The building quality and energy-savings are commended by homeowners and local authorities alike.
