About Us

Hidden Creek’s new builder is revealed!

Jeffrey Hirschberger, owner of American Commercial Construction, LLC, is a Florida native and has been active in the construction of residential and commercial products since 1975, building commercial buildings and over 1,500 homes in his career. Hurricane Charlie in 2004 proved to confirm the uncompromising quality of the homes the company builds. According to Charlotte County building officials, over 300 new homes by American Commercial Construction were exposed to 165 mph winds but showed little or no damage. All exceeded national building standards.
