In March of 1973, Jeffrey was granted the highest General Contractor’s License available in Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1973 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction and began building homes with his own company in 1975.
Jeffrey is a Florida native and has raised his family on the West Coast of Florida. He has been active in the construction of residential and commercial products for over 40 years, building various commercial buildings and over 1,500 homes in his career. The homes he builds are up to 10,000 square feet.
During the aftermath of Hurricane Charlie, Jeffrey’s construction skills were touted by local Charlotte County building officials. Over 300 homes recently constructed were exposed to 165 MPH winds and had little or no damage, and all exceeded National Building Standards.
Jeffrey’s experience encompasses Residential and Commercial Project entitlement, drainage and utility design, architectural designs, sophisticated estimating and bidding experience and contract negotiations, all of which provides added value to his customers.

A 55+ community based on location with amenities that include a swimming pool and kayak shed. Homes are 1,586 square feet with a 2-car garage. The quality of the construction and the energy-savings were praised by both homeowners and local authorities.
Highland Townhomes, St. Petersburg, Florida
A 16-home community, twelve homes were 1,730 square feet and four homes were 2,090 square feet, all with a 2-car garage. The building quality and energy-savings were commended by homeowners and local authorities alike.
